Kat Cynewski is a holistic business & leadership coach for wellness leaders and  soul led coaches, founder of Be Well Events, host of The Wealthy and Well Woman Podcast, and a 700hr certified yoga instructor/YACEP trainer. After getting a BA in Psychology and working in corporate sales/management she leaped into full-time freedom as a yogipreneur. Kat believes energy is your business superpower so doing what lights you up, fueling your body well, prioritizing movement, and nurturing yourself through self-care is just as important as systems and strategy—and you need both to thrive.
